Great location, in the centre, everywhere accessible by few minutes walk, close to the trains, easy way to the city Gdansk and sea cost - Wladyslawowo, small but comfortable room, a bit old furniture, good and comfy bed, some noise from the trains,

The photos show a historical building and stylish room which is my taste but things didn't appear totally that way in real life. We had room #4 and it was smaller than expected. The biggest plus is the building has a good location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the train station. 🚂 BUT it is really too close to the train tracks. 4 lines run about 3meters away from the building and under the window of the rooms.

Staff is very hard to reach. They are not onsite and no one answers the phone. They often call you back from random numbers that makes it hard to coordinate communication. We asked for an early check-in and got no responses. Key entry is all done through a message which is in Polish and doesn't translate well to English using Google translate. Certain words are unclear. Room was very bare which was not expected for that price. No air conditioning. Pillows very thin and old. Thin blanket. One small towel. One cup/fork in a room for two. There was no soap or toiletries and cleaning services. We saw the cleaning staff but they never freshened anything in our room. I found toilet paper in a very disorganized closet in the hallway. Careful opening that cleaning supply closet. Wifi didn't connect for two days....as stated before no one answered the phone to resolve that until second day. 🚂 Biggest issue is the building is on the train tracks. With no AC on 30degree + days we had to open the window and the trains passing every 5 minutes practically was really disturbing. 😖 No sleep and hard to work from the room because the trains are loud. 😵‍💫. This was a "mobile offer" and unfortunately it wasn't a good value for the money.

Zimmer sind DIREKT neben den Zuggleisen...das ganze Haus wackelt bei jedem Zug. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen.

Litt bortgjemt bygg, lukter i gangene, men du får en fin overraskelse når du går inn i leiligheten. Renhold av bad var så som så. Ekkelt med dusjforheng som kleber. Ikke klima. Veldig kul leilighet med god plass. Sovesofaen var ikke noe særlig ifølge guttungen. Det som trekker ned er vel toga som går hvert kvarter? Eller noe i den duren. Og de går rett ved siden av bygget så det føles som om tordenskyer henger rett over pipa. Og de går om natta og.. hyppig. Hvis en sliter med støy om nettene (og dagen) vil jeg ikke anbefale det. Ellers veldig fint. For varmere vær burde det hatt klima. Var regn og litt kaldt da vi var der, så temp i leiligheten var fin.

Ich habe zwei Zimmer ohne Küche gebucht. Diese sind bei Temperaturen von 25 Grad und mehr absolut unbewohnbar. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt ist man gezwungen die Fenster zu öffnen. Das wäre nicht weiter schlimm wenn nicht unmittelbar an dem Haus die Zuggleise liegen würden. Fährt ein Zug vorbei (und das tut er alle 5-10-15 Minuten, egal ob Tag oder Nacht) kann man sich für diesen Moment weder unterhalten noch verstehen was im TV gesagt wird. Nachts schlafen war so leider kaum möglich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein. Es gab nur wenig bis gar kein Toilettenpapier. Nur ein großes Handtuch pro Person. Ein extra Handtuch für die Hände und den Fußboden wären sehr praktisch gewesen. So war der Boden nach dem Duschen grundsätzlich immer völlig nass. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit einer Ansprechperson gestalltete sich sehr schwierig weil einfach nicht an das Telefon gegangen wurde. Die größte Frechheit war es mich am Sonntagmorgen (ca. 10 Uhr) auf dem Handy anzurufen und mich zu bitten neuen Gästen beim Öffnen der Eingangstür zu helfen weil diese wohl nicht rein kamen. Ich würde zumindest das WIFI loben wenn es nicht plötzlich an den letzten beiden Tagen völlig ausgefallen wäre. Im Gesamten NICHT zu empfehlen!
