No hot water for shower Reception gave wrong information about ferry to Sanur. The first one leaves at 7AM and it leaves on time. They advertise a happy hour but don’t actually tell you what the discount or freebie is

I spent 3 nights here and honestly, had the best time. The hostel is perfectly located, really close to Mushroom Bay, which makes everything super convenient. You can also rent scooters directly there, which was a huge plus for exploring the island. The place has two swimming pools, the common areas are always clean and the whole atmosphere is just amazing. But what really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Andre for his incredible singing talent and good vibes, Paulo for his scooter (sorry again), and Deko for everything. You guys made this place feel like home ✨ I would definitely come back!
