Well maintained

Being charged for parking when ample parking is available. The parking fee and $30 deposit was a surprise. It should be evident when booking and not part of the fine print.

Location was great!

Food was just mediocre for the price. And the daily parking rate is just ridiculously expensive. For the room rate you’d think it would have been included. In spite of the that we wanted to extend our stay. They were unable to accommodate and made no effort in assisting us and showed no empathy whatsoever but constantly reached to out trying to get us to sit in a 90 minute meeting. Even offering $200 gift card.
