Location, always stay but not as comfortable as other times

Roach in my room, pillow cases had black marks on them & forgot to take pics , curtains didn’t stay shut , dryer in washroom left clothes damp, fridge in room did not keep cream cheese cold had to throw cheese . Not sure if bed bugs but me and husband have been itching pas couple days thought maybe just weather or something, got home still was itching . And two doors down at night neighbor was screaming top of voice and kept getting g louder .

breakfast was far better than expected Overall nice hotel, some improvements could be made, but nice. Charging me $200 for incidentals and $27 for nightly parking seemed excessive. What incidentals exactly? You don't have a restaurant, or room service, just again seemed excessive. Folio was not issued as requested with company name trying to figure it out on the phone rn

bathroom shower head was broken, some cleanliness issues in bathroom walls (stains). main issue for me was the bed and pillows. Bed was too soft, but ok, that's preference. I did not like the property

The location was sketchy The pool was dirty Their was a weird smell in the room Front desk staff was inhospitable House cleaning was rude
