Worse hotel experience of my life. Feces in toilet, toilet paper on wall, used bar of soap in shower. This was a concert weekend when they are charging astronomical prices and then can’t provide Clean room for their paying guest.

Filthy room, dirty towels, broken shower, broken AC. I previously stayed here and the room I was in was nasty. They cleaned it so it was a little better and gave me a coupon for a free night. I thought ok, maybe it was a one tim thing, so I booked again and tried to use my free night. Not a one time thing apparently. This room was just as filthy AND the shower spout flew off at me when I turned the water on. Desk clerk was surprised saying “they just fixed that!”. We discovered that “fixing” was putting caulk on the spout as glue and sticking the thing back on the wall. AC fan was stuck on and no matter what we set the temp at it stayed 67 degrees. Questionable stains on the towels. Told us they’d comp our stay. Charged our card anyway and now we have to wait 7-10 days for the funds to be put back on our card.

-Strong smell of marijuana in the hallways - Fire alarm was missing from the wall - hair in the bathtub at check-in - blood stains on curtains - blood stains on comforter - no water pressure in the toilet causing it to get stopped up multiple times (from normal use) - air conditioning vent flap was broken causing cold air to blow directly onto the bed - damaged/ broken cabinet next to refrigerator - no working vent/ fan in the bathroom
