"Poor customer cleanliness"

This BW just underwent extensive renovation with nice decor. However, the room was not properly cleaned. The dining area had warming trays with water in them and old nasty food floating in them. This was what we saw in the evening and then noticed just before the breakfast area opened that they were using those nasty pans. With the warm water it created a bad bacteria breeding area for the food.

"Clean, mostly quiet, too much light pollution."

Convenient location for our stop over. Clean and large places.

Our room only had shear curtains, no light blocking curtain. It was like daylight at 10:00 at night in our room. We went to the front desk and inquired. They offered to move us but we thought all the rooms were like ours. We mentioned this at checkout and that person explained there should be a heavier curtain. She did offer us a discount which I thought was very kind. Hopefully they get this room fixed.

Very cool hotel layout, adjacent to good restaurant. Pool is behind hotel and didn't seem to be open - doesn't feel super safe behind the hotel.

"Do not stay here. Dishonest "

We arrived at 7PM, our room was not ready until 8:19PM. The front desk stated they were busy due to a volleyball event. Meanwhile we were surcharged more than 3 times the normal rate due to parents weekend. They stated a credit would be applied. Not surprisingly it was not applied and they are not texting back from the line they were checking in on during my stay. Barely had towels in the room. Hair on the bathroom floor. Gross. Do not stay here!!! Very disappointed. Also smelled like cigarette smoke.
