Holiday Inn - Columbus by IHG

The room was well laid out with all of the amenities I look for. The property was new and clean and well maintained.

Staff were not friendly and felt as if I bothered them trying to check in. Room smelled bad like mold and air blew on my face all night.

Overall a decent value. I like that there was a restaurant onsite but don’t feel like the price of breakfast is justified.

The first room we were in had a very bad odor. Needed to change rooms which was clean and odor free. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating. Loved the modern furniture and work area in the lobby. Would be nice if a reasonably priced breakfast was offered. Checked out early and ate off site.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly

The room wasn’t very clean. The tables need to be wiped down better and the shower had a lot of discoloration and rust. The bathroom counters needed a better wipe down. There was a lot of dust in the rugs and furniture. The smell of deodorants were very strong.
