"Dirty Stay"

They did not provide room service to our room or to our friends room! When we inquired why, we were quizzed on whether we had put out a sign for Do not disturb. Neither room had. We requested fresh towels, which we had to go get at the desk ourselves. We had to bag up our own trash. The next day, after requesting specifically that our rooms be cleaned, the absolute minimum was done! Not even a semblance of an effort to clean the floor was made. There were crumbs and chips on the floor from when we checked in two days prior(not ours). The toilet paper roll that had been all used was still up, not replaced. I had to dig behind the back of the towel area to find the only fresh roll and put it on myself. We were charged $220+ per night times 3 nights. When I complained, I was only able to get a $25 discount from the entire bill! The elderly gentleman traveling with us also complained to the manager and received $0 !!! I do NOT recommend this hotel.
