Probably the free parking.

Outside of it is poorly maintained. Looks run down once u take the lift up. Doesn’t match the price. I do not mind paying for cleaning fees but that doesn’t justify, the property inside is poorly clean with a stanch of smell upon entering.

Ok just fine. Aprtment was spacious. Nearby to many amenities n good surroundings

Aircond master bedroom not cool enough mayb for so long didnot service. Not enough pillow & floor mat. 2nd bathroom got water flooding at the back of the toilet.
