Posizione eccellente (non lontana da stazione e da centro). Quartiere tranquillo. Camera di dimensione elevata con tutti i servizi. Personale molto accogliente all'arrivo.

Вдячні, що нас зустріли після завершення часу заселення. Кімната зручна та чиста. Кухня спільна, є все неоьхідне, кава, чай. Зручне розміщення. Вид з балкону чудовий. Дякую.

Comfortable place. 10 minutes walk from the city center. Very communicative host, give us a lot of useful information about the city, whal to see, where to eat, etc.

The property is incredibly cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. The host was exceptionally kind; they welcomed us warmly and provided great local tips about the city. The apartment is very comfortable, the bed is great for a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless. A huge plus was the flexibility during check-in: the host let us drop off our luggage early, which was a lifesaver. The location is also strategic, there is a parking lot just a 10-minute walk away and the city center is easily reachable either on foot or by a short bus ride. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all, everything was perfect!

Donato, the host, was always reachable and to our disposal. Two rooms share one living/kitchen area. We were granted free tea, coffee and bottled water which was very convenient and kind. Check-in & out was easy, the site is perfectly located just a short walk from downtown area. The room was nice, clean and equipped with everything needed (bed & pillows excellent, furniture simple but sufficient).

We had the room facing the street, which was a bit noicy but OK. No noice to be recognised from the neighbouring room though!

Donato was a great host. He took care all of our needs and he recommended many places to visit in Bologna as well. The room was quite spacious, we stayed in the biggest one with private bathroom. Donato upgraded the room for us since it was available. 🍀 It is 15 minute walk from the center, very close to everywhere you will visit in the center.

I can only say fan noise from the bathroom might be a little problem if you are very disturbed by it. It is connected to light so after light goes out it continues a bit more.
