"Not much comfort"

The counter staff gets 4 stars! They were friendly and accommodating. However housekeeping and maintenance-much less. The microwave was useless as we tried to reheat leftovers and it took over 10 minutes to get it lukewarm. Then tried to pop popcorn and had to take it up to the front desk after a terrible attempt with ours. The shower had warmish water and NO bodywash. The knob fell off in the shower. Overall, I would have had a much better experience in an abandoned camper.

The location and how close it was to seasme street park

The holes in the bathroom wall. The shampoo, conditioner and body was were empty. All night I thought I heard a noise what I thought it sounded like the AC unit but it wasn't it was the elevator which was what sounded to be right next to our room. All day and all night that's all you heard you couldn't even enjoy your quiet time. Didn't like that the sheets were Stained and head boards were dirty seemed to never be wiped down sticky hands all over.
