Ottima posizione nel centro di La Spezia e a 20 minuti a piedi dal porto. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci hanno anche lasciato una lista di ristoranti tipici con la descrizione di ognuno, molto apprezzato!

Bisognerebbe migliorare un po' la pulizia del bagno

Giovanni è stato gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Ci ha concesso di fare il check-in in tutta comodità in modo da poterci godere la giornata senza vincoli. Anche al momento del check-out è venuto incontro alle mostre necessità rendendo il soggiorno confortevole. La camera è essenziale ma dotata del necessario. C'è un angolino con alcune cose per la colazione e in frigo abbiamo trovato alcune cose per noi, molto apprezzate. Apprezzato anche il piccolo stendi panni. La struttura è in pieno centro e comoda per tutti i servizi, market e a pochi metri dalla stazione.
