"Excelente opção em Canela"

Excelentes instalações, quarto confortável, limpeza impecável, mobília de bom gosto, cama confortável, banheiro grande, café da manhã excelente (inclusive com chocolate cremoso). Um diferencial a ser destacado é a disponibilidade de roupão de banho para cada hóspede. Outro destaque foi o excelente atendimento prestado pela colaboradora Marcela (muito simpática, desde o primeiro contato e muito solícita). Voltaríamos novamente, com certeza!

"Wonderful hotel - A pearl in the middle of Canela"

Property is beautifully decorated, very clean and smells great once you enter. Staff was wonderful at all times. Room was cozy and also great. Bed and pillows looked like new and were super comfy! Breakfast buffet had good quality and was very elegant as per the type of property. It was a great stay. I recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you!

Precisam urgentemente providenciar alguma estrutura para o frio que faz no banheiro, pois o chuveiro não tem porta e não tem aquecedor, então fica desagradável o banho, pois faz frio.

"O melhor de todos "

Esse hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso! O quarto é sensacional, confortável, cheiroso limpo, os funcionários são maravilhosos, o café da manhã é sem palavras, todo dia uma coisa diferente e mais gostosa ainda. Tudo nesse hotel tem um detalhe, parace uma casinha de boneca. Não vi nada sujo, nada fora do lugar. Eu tô em choque, só queria morar lá.
