Noisy neighbors Still can smell smoke in a non-smoking room
This place was dirty!! Floors looked like they had not been mopped in ages. Bugs all over and in corners. Wouldnt step foot in the shower. Didn’t want to walk on the floors with out shoes. Nasty. No mattress pads on the beds. Sheets wouldnt stay on and a huge gap under the door to the outside. Breakfast. I wouldnt call it that. Toast and mini sugar donuts, one cereal and coffee. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it.
Was ok but could use some upgrades to the bathroom and shower.
The staff was extreemely helpful. When we checked in our key did not work and the lady at registration came up and got us into our room, and made us new keys, very quickly. There was no fridge in our room, she took care of getting us one and her helper brought us one in 15 minutes. He even exchanged it for a newer one, because he didn't think the first one was clean enough. The beds were good, the airconditioning was a bit loud, but worked well. We did have key issues, not only at checkin. Our bathroom had not been remodelled as yet, the toilet did run on. Luckily hubby new how to stop it. On our second night there we only had the towels, that we hadn't used the night before (1 facecloth, 1 bathtowel). We had been out all day, the weather was hot & humid. It would have been nice to have a couple more towels.
Shower broken No pillow cases the floor was filthy very few tv channels one towel in the room I will never stay there again
The shower handle to adjust temperature was broken, came right off - I had to fiddle with it for quite a time to get the temperature down to tolerable. The room was said to be non-smoking, but I could smell smoke. The pillow case had a hole in it. There was only a bottom sheet that did not entirely cove the mattress and no top sheet. Breakfast was limited with two choices of cold cereal, and white bread.
Horrible. First room had dirty sheets. Changed to another room, still dirty. Had to check out and went to another hotel eventually. Hotels.com was helpful to get some money back.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked because there weren't any good. Now I know why, the rooms weren't clean and after we asked to clean them they still weren't clean. the one room didn't even have a smoke alarm in it. We will never go there again!!!!!!
Did an ultramarathon. Wanted a nice quiet place to stay. Enjoyed my stay quite well. Just what I wanted.
Right off the interstate.pets were excepted at a charge. The bed sheets were dirty. No coffee maker or hair dryer in room. Breakfast in am was white bread to toast and a few little powdered donuts. No coffee in coffee pot. Rusty water in shower.
