It was so comfortable staying there

The staff was amazing, the only reason why I would not rate this facility any lower. Outside of their hotel is old and rundown. The entrance and pool looked comfy and clean. But outside of that, the rest of the hotel was poor. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and mold. The lighting, paint, and carpet were all old and just looked dirty. Rooms were the same as the hallways. My sheets had rust stains. The bathrooms are very old and outdated, and they just looked dirty overall. I would not stay there again.

Everything outside of the staff needs work. The hotel does not match up with how great the staff was. Even the locks on the doors were not working properly. One of my staff members mentioned someone tried to break into their room, and their door latch was barely hanging by a thread.

It wasn’t cleaned very good

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and it was close to the Lenovo center almost within walking distance. A great experience.

It would be great if they provided a full meal dinner type restaurant. Otherwise breakfast cannot be Beat. Best I’ve had.

THE MAIN DOORS WERE ALWAYS UNSECURE

The hotel was in the location I needed, very close to NCSU, with easy access and in a safe area. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the stay was decent.

The hotel felt quite old-fashioned, with carpet everywhere and an unpleasant smell. Although breakfast was included, the food was not fresh, there was very little choice, and the quality was poor.
