"I never even stayed pool wasn’t working after I was told it was before I booked arrived to be told it wasn’t working and"

Nothing never even went pass the check in but yet I’m charged like I enjoyed the night unprofessional on all levels wouldn’t recommend at all instead of taking people hard earned money for service that wasn’t provided work on getting from a 3 star hotel wouldn’t rate no stars if it was possible
