Very nice staff. Helped my kids carry a tote we had as I carried the baby. The staff brought the crib up for us so I didn't have to carry it.

The room door was a little crazy. You had to pretty much slam it to close it.

The staff were the best we encountered in 22 days on the road!

It needs a hot tub and elevator. I'm old so... but the night staff helped us carry our luggage up!

Very quiet, staff friendly and accommodating. Loved the pool, wished the waterfall was operating but it was still pretty to look at. Nice barbecue area and we enjoyed the restaurant one night. We would definitely stay here again!

I liked that the property was centrally located and that our room was right by the pool.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Rooms were very loud even though it listed walls as soundproof. The door was very hard to open. We had to get staff 2 different times for help. Very outdated.
