The ceiling had water damage, the sheets weren't on the bed all the way, I had trouble signing into the internet on the TV and was told they were going to bring me a different remote never got back to me I had to go and find them to resolve the issue! The phone in the room wouldn't work and the air conditioner sucks!

"Economical, fairly clean and well kept, but don't expect the mornings to be impressive."

Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities such as fridge and microwave. Generally quiet and peaceful. Older building, but Mountain Home does not offer much to compare against.

Breakfast continually disappoints. Food was COLD. Coffee was not very good. Desk service was always sketchy and the electronic room keys seem to fail at whim. Towels were worn out.

The workers was nice

Roaches found in rooms. Hall ways VERY hot. Laundry room out of order No room service had to bring dirty towels to front desk to get more ice machine down air In 2 room didn’t work well it was hot. They had no fans to help out ! Room doors would NOT lock well at all had to almost slam them shut overall our family was disappointed in this hotel basically was a dirty hotel and HOT
