Love, love, loved the breakfast 🥞 lots of options!

The bed was so uncomfortable. Could actually feel the springs. And the pillows were subpar. Not even comfortable. The road noise was awful as well.

"Below average… would not choose this hotel to stay in for future stays!!"

The front desk personnel was friendly.

The carpets in hall was were stained and worn. The bed frame had 3 bars protruding from the mattress frame and I scraped my ankle on it twice!! The air conditioning unit didn’t work. The gym had machines that didn’t work. The seat on the bike machine was broken , it was horrible.

Breakfast was nice, although would have liked some fruit! Good coffee : )

We've been staying at the Ramada for the past 5yrs straight and we love it every time! Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are always very clean. Central location in Watertown gives us close access to everything we need! We love the Ramada!

Bed was a bit stiff but still slept pretty well.
