Emilia and the other staff members made my stay very cozy. They went out of their way to solve any problems I had including where to eat.

Owners need to remove the pool from the listing as it is not available. Filthy water and no working pump.

The only thing good was the convenience going to and from the State Convention for the VFW & Auxiliary held in Jonesboro this year. There was no microwave when I got there, which was advertised as being there. The tub and shower were leaking for 2 days without being fixed even though the manager was made aware of the leak. I booked a smoking room and noted when I got there all rooms were non-smoking. The hair drier did not work. There was an ironing board and no iron. I will make sure that anyone I know does NOT ever book this hotel for any reason.
