Residence Inn Pasadena Arcadia

Very roomy, and clean.

Thought the bi-level would have two floors, but there’s also an outside flight of stairs with no elevator. So three flights if carrying your bag up to the top room. Hard for older guests. No bottled drinking water in the room, temps of around 100 degrees that day. Had to pay for the two bottled waters we were given in the lobby.

Nice location.

Location was great. Room was spacious.

The only thing I can say that I didn’t like was there were lots of spider webs and spiders on the stair railings and outside our room doors as we went up to our room. Unfortunately they ran out of some of the food at Breakfast early and didn’t replenish it.

Parking is not included and I have to paid $15.

I don’t like having to pay for parking!

Very nice staff and property

I like the spacious, room the kitchen the bed, the fact that it had a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and friendly.

The sofabed, looked really old it was falling apart, the pillows were not at all comfortable, there was staples sticking out of the carpet, near the kitchen, and my toddler could have really gotten injured. The sliding restroom door was just awful. The rooms are nice but seems some stuff needs to be upgraded especially the carpet, pillows, & sofa bed

This was like a sleepy motel room from a movie. There was actually a dead roach in the doorway of the bathroom.

I like the safe,quiet environment, but I don’t like they charge for the parking fee, cause other hotels they all provide free parking.

This is a classic Residence Inn, with separate 8-unit apartment buildings. Room is in good clean condition. It is a long walk to the lobby breakfast area. Hotel charges $15 per day for Parking, unusual for a suburban facility.
