Carpet was wet, stains all over walls, couch where kids sleep dirty, room didn’t feel comfortable smelled like mold breakfast not much variety taste bland

Patio doors to outside/balcony. A good selling point is to let folks know that a "bay view" is only available on the upper floors north side of the hotel. Very nice substantial breakfast options. Keep up the great work. We will stay again!!

The frig had no freezer compartment ( to refreeze our ice pods for our cooler). That I couldn't access my TV accounts, like Netflix, Amazon Prime or YouTube on the TV. That's all.
