Everything about our experience here was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with sincere warmth and friendliness. Our front desk ambassadors, Roxanne and Ramona were so attentive and thoughtful, which stood out throughout our stay. They made us feel truly welcome, and were genuinely interested in our experience as first time visitors to Romania. They gave us great recommendations on what to see and do. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, which made for a very relaxing visit. The location is close to the city center on a quiet, tree-lined street. One of the highlights was the breakfast - it was simply exceptional. The variety, freshness and quality of food exceeded expectations and set a perfect tone for each day. As part of the breakfast we always looked forward to the cook’s homemade treats like peach jam, plumb jam, eggplant salad, breakfast cakes and Romanian vegetable spread delicacy called zacusca. Overall, this hotel delivers a wonderful balance of comfort, hospitality and outstanding service.

Äußerst sauber und sehr nettes Personal, das sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend ist. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Top!!!

Totul ne-a plăcut. Curtea interioara, cu parcarea in interior, sigura, amplasarea pe o strada liniștită, dar la doar 5 minute de centru. Ne- a plăcut camera calda si primitoare,mobilata cu gust si având tot ce trebuie, inclusiv un mic frigider in care am găsit o sticla mare de apa plată. Ne-a plăcut încălzirea din podea in baie si holul de la intrare, in baie absolut tot ce ai nevoie Despre micul dejun ce sa mai spun, minunat, ouă pregătite pe loc , după dorință ,platou rece cu lucruri de calitate, gem făcut de casă si o prăjitură foarte bună Este locul in care ne vom cazat mereu când vom veni in Arad.

Mic dejun foarte bun, servit cu multa amabilitate. Camere frumoase, aerisite, cu mobilier de calitate. Incalzire generoasa, baie curata, perfect functional totul. Locatie buna, relativ aproape de centru.
