I love the pool and all the things it looks so expensive in a good way. They give us 2 free margarita drinks. I recommend you to stay here, you will find this a perfect place to stay and relax, and there are no interuppons i really love it.

"It was all good except for the AC part"

The room was clean

Our first day the lights went out and her AC didn’t work on our last night last night. Also, I feel like the waitress at the buffet was a little unattended to me, but very attentive to my husband asked him various times if he wanted a refill, but I didn’t get a refill of water until we were about to leave. I found that a little odd.

"The Best Ramada Hotel Experience!"

As soon as we arrived, we were approached with a warm and welcoming greeting. We arrived at 3 p.m. on Dec.14 2025 and the lady host was very professional, friendly, polite, and was willing to help with anything we needed. It was followed by a lady named Riley who went out of her way to help us with extra blankets, because it was a little colder than normal. She did this as they were a little understaffed. This environment was also at the bar and grill where we received our complementary margaritas. The two lady bartenders did an amazing job. Breakfast was also amazing, as there was a buffet, and omlets made to order. Staff was very friendly, polite and made sure we had coffee. Checkout was the same. This hotel was Exceptionally very well maintained and Immaculately Clean.We recommend to family and friends, and definitely will stay again at this Ramada in Del Rio again!
