"Was a nice enjoyable stay!"

The pool was awesome! And I loved the outdoor seating. Was enjoyable to sit out around the pool.

In our room the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. And we were on the main floor and it was so loud when people were out talking in lobby/hallway.

"Was a great stay minus another guest assigning/entering our room and being locked out of the room."

The room I was assigned to, key did not work and I got locked out. Brought it to their attention told it was resolved. Left to go to dinner got back into the room, left to sit at the bar then unable to get in. They decided to transfer me to a different room. Everything was good until the next day another guest was assigned that same room and opened the door while I was in the room. The whole two day the room above me guest banged, jump and stomped on the floor the whole time. Reported it to the front desk might as well I didn’t, nothing happened.

I would like some credit back for the inconvenience. I would like to stay there again as my daughter is in college and we do go up often. I’ve tried other hotels there and so far this one is the best so far and planning to stay there in the near future just that I will not choose the 1st floor again.

The pancake machine was not working properly may be get a replacement or a different one
