Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards

Stayed at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor Camden Yards for 3 night during the Army Navy game and it was okay. This is an older property with rooms that had a more traditional/older feeling to it. Gym is small, the infrastructure is dated since hot water service was stretched during the morning rush with everyone trying to get out of the hotel and to the game. The pros about this is the walkable location to M&T stadium and Camden Yards (I didn't walk to the inner harbor but it's about 20 min or so). The real standout was the staff who were constantly barraged with the large number of fans. Lucy at the front desk was so patient with our numerous reservations/dates/names. Devonte at the front desk was also very helpful. The lounge is generally closed on Sunday for breakfast but Darrell and the staff insisted it was open for the large crowd. He was hustling to replenish food, drinks, plates, etc throughout the 3 mornings I was there. The fridge was stocked with bottled drinks too. Winston was also there a couple of mornings and despite the crowds, they were friendly and doing everything to make guests feel welcomed. Try the pizza place, really good, authentic and fresh. Without the staff, this place would be a 2, because of them it's a 4.

I stayed at the Marriott inner Harbor in Baltimore for a convention just down the block at the convention center. The location was ideal for this event because crosstown traffic is quite impossible in the mornings and evenings during rush-hour. The hotel is in the process of getting renovated so in 2027 it should all be new. In the meantime, the fitness center is complete which was great and the rooms while tired are completely functional and comfortable. The staff was great, including those at the front desk and in the Marriott lounge on the top floor. The restaurant offered a good selection and was enjoyable as well. All in a very good stay housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job. I would stay again on a future visit.

My brother and I stayed here overnight to go to a Ravens game together. This hotel's proximity to the stadiums downtown is obviously its main draw, but aside from that, there's really not much to recommend. Other reviews have noted how wildly, insanely narrow the garage entrance is, and even after reading up on it, I wasn't fully prepared for how narrow it actually was. I got our midsize SUV in there with literal inches to spare on either side, and the posts are incredibly scuffed up from people who were not so lucky; I can't imagine how many guest vehicles have been damaged after trying to maneuver into this baffling space. Frustratingly, the properly advertises a flat rate for overnight self-parking in this garage for guests, but when we arrived, we were only given the option to pay a very inflated event rate for the game that only covered through to the middle of the night - not ideal since we did not intend to check out at 2AM. I needed to stop by the front desk to get our parking extended, which they thankfully did for no extra charge. The property does not make note of this inflated parking price anywhere before your arrival, and that's a bait-and-switch I did not appreciate. The front desk staff were very nice, at least, and the pre-game vibes throughout the hotel and its restaurant/bar area were honestly quite fun. Our room was very, very tired, and it would be a little too generous to call it dated. Furnishings were heavily scuffed and outright broken in some places. The toilet ran constantly, and it occasionally completely failed to flush. The TV would have been outdated and in need of replacement fifteen years ago, with connectivity so poor and flickering that it was essentially unwatchable. Wifi throughout the building was unacceptably slow, too sluggish to stream 480p or even 360p video from any device. Even with all of this, the bed was the obvious low point, and it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard; it was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I've felt at a major hotel chain in quite some time. It's clear that they are simply letting these rooms deteriorate while their extensive renovation is underway, which I do understand, but it makes for a seriously subpar experience in the interim. This was a Bonvoy points redemption night for me (maybe they allocate their worst rooms for that?), so it's hard to complain too much, but if I was paying even a modestly discounted rate for this experience, I'd be pretty frustrated. As mentioned before, the property is in the midst of a comprehensive and desperately-needed renovation, so I'd expect things to have improved depending on when in the future you're reading this.

I prepaid for the room with booking.com. when I received my bill via email on checkout day, they charged me again for my room.And I had to go to the front desk and sort out the mess which delayed me getting on the road for my long drive home. And it will take up to ten days to get the amount , put back on my card. IM hesitant to use booking.com AGAIN

Location was fine for seeing a show at Hippodrome.

Walls were super super thin. I could hear every conversation going on all around me all night long even though people weren’t necessarily yelling.

Worn out carpets

Small room inappropriately furnished for its size. For example the desk and bed were very close together. The chair provided for the desk huge. It constantly had to be moved just to pass between the bed and desk. There was a shelf unit it the passage to the room door opposite the closet door, constricting access. Maintenance is not being performed or is being performed inadequately. The shower curtain rod has connections that are failing and the arced rod sags making it hard to keep the curtain in place while showering. I saw numerous unfinished or roughly finished patches in many locations of the facility which is uncommon for a Marriott in my experience.
