La mejor ubicación para hospedarse en Cartagena. A pesar de que estás en pleno centro, no estás propiamente dentro cerca del bullero.

El desayuno fatal, muy malas opciones, para el precio de la habitación deberían ofrecer muchas más opciones dentro del bufet.

The location. It was just in the center of the old town. The stuff in the breakfast area were very kind and helpful. Also the food was very good.

We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 in the morning since we had a very early flight. We asked if there was a possibility to get the room earlier and they told us yes, around 12:00. So we went there nearby to have our breakfast. However, after 12:00 they had us waiting and walking around in the heat to spend the time and they gave us our rooms at the time when the check in was normally done, at 15:00 There was quite a lot of noise inside the hotel. The cleaning staff started from 7am until 4 pm and they made a lot of noise as they talked very loudly. In addition, a group of couples came to our floor and were going back and forth to their rooms talking each other’s even late at night. The music from the bars was very loud and could be heard even though it had insulated windows. The worst thing was that one night they were doing drilling work at 4am inside the hotel. The morning we mentioned it to the reception but they said they didn't know anything.

La ubicación es privilegiada, el rooftop tiene vistas directas a la plaza de los coches y la torre del reloj, la piscina en el rooftop le da mucho valor a la estancia en este hotel, puedes pasar toda la tarde, ver el atardecer desde ahí, buenos tragos, buena comida. La atención del personal muy cálida, muy atentos tanto en recepción, como en el aseo de la habitación y en el rooftop. El restaurante Inkanto también tiene buena comida y bebidas.

El desayuno incluido, el día que acudimos estaba muy saturado, quizás por el estrecho horario establecido, había poco personal y fue un poco tardado, aunque solo lo utilizamos una vez debido al horario y preferimos salir a probar otras cosas, quizás solo tuvimos mala suerte ese día.

El hotel es lindo, el desayuno excelente, es mi segunda vez allí.

Cuando se paga extra por un hotel con piscina se debía poder usar, pero no se pudo hacer uso de la piscina ni la terraza por que había un evento. Debian en estos casos disminuir la tarifa.
