The room has an smell that git me a cold

The pool room was warm, well stocked with towels, plenty of chairs and the water in the pool was comfortable to swim in. We stayed in February during a bitterly cold weekend and the pool room was like being outside on a warm summer day. The staff was outstanding. It will be our place to stay to help combat the extreme Buffalo winters.

The location is idea for us because it is situated near most of our favourite stores and restaurants. It is also close to I90 which is the main hwy we use to get downtown to the KeyBank arena to watch the Sabers. The hotel environment is welcoming, and very hospitable. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We received a complimentary breakfast which offered many options. The lobby offers a variety of entertainment options, along with a gym and a generous sized pool. It is also pet friendly, a service we did not use, but appreciated. Check-in and out was a breeze. The clerk was very friendly and even signed us up for a rewards program that we will be sure to use for further travel.

I stayed in room 107 at the hotel, and I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. First, I wish the conference room wasn’t located next to my room. Around 8 a.m., it was incredibly noisy, with loud conversations that made it difficult to stay asleep. I was awakened by chitchatting voices. Additionally, it would have been appreciated if someone had cleared the snow from the parking lot in the morning. Even though the snow had stopped hours earlier, the lot was still quite slushy when we left. I noticed several snow shovels by the front entrance (inside the sliding doors), yet the area wasn’t cleared. Leaving these tools at the entrance also doesn’t present the best appearance. As someone who travels frequently and has stayed in many hotels across different states, I would rate my experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton as decent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

Good for one night. Only negative was that the room was 78 degrees. Had to turn the ac on all night
