There was no toilet paper in the place and no one came to refill. Communication was somehow bad. Otherwise it was clean and near restaurants and beach, shopping mall.

worse thing there was gas smell coming out of pipe. called owner and was instructed how to close the access so there is no leak and was told that nothing can be done at that time so they will address it when they can! needs renovation. no tea or coffee. not very clean. hair on sofa. dirty cups. hole in bed sheet. cold. overall bad experience I didn’t feel good and glad it was only one night.

It was easy to collect and leave the keys (after I called the owner, because they didn't provide the instructions). There was a parking space next to the building. It was an old historical building. The WiFi was fine. I did not like anything else.

The stay was terrible. The list of the things wrong with the apartment is long: the cutlery and crockery were dirty. I had to wash every single item before use. There was no dish washing sponge or dishwasher tablets. There was no toilet brush either... The freezer was broken: the doors did not close due to ice buildup, so I spent the first 10 minutes after arrival removing the ice. The furniture was old and creaky. The entire apartment was cheaply renovated with dirty pipes out in the open, different floor levels (watch out for the bathroom threshold: it's easy to break a toe). The windows were not airtight with constant flow of cold air: hard to imagine how cold it must be when the temperature drops. There were no curtains or blinds. The bed sheets had holes! The apartment is literally right next to a railroad track so there's noise throughout the night. On top of that, I needed to call the property to get the instructions on how to get the keys. They said that they already sent the instructions to my other phone number, which was an outright lie. It was cheap, but I wouldn't recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. Never coming back.

Relatively close to the beach.

The room is horrible, and for such money. It is super old, in old building with stairs (no elevator). Furniture was very old, the floor in the room was squikcing and felt like it would break any moment. The apartment is by train station and very noisy.
