Terrible ! When you walk in only thing is presentable is the lobby and not even that , the whole place looks like a jail cell nothing like pictures these are scams

They have some guys standing at the lobby acting like he’s checking in all day as if they have customers I really think it’s a hotel for sex traffickers

Nice location, looks beautiful inside

The daytime desk manager was very rude to us. We had a wedding at 3 was coming from out of town. We had tried to call for multiple days leading up but the phone would hang up everytime we clicked the “talk to front desk”. We finally got a hold of someone on the day of. We asked for an early check in (like 11:30-12). Working as a housekeeper previously I know this would be easy to accommodate. She stated the earliest she could do was 12-12:30. That was fine so around 12:10 we showed up. The front desk manager was just vacuuming the front rug and didn’t even say a word to us when we walked in. Another worker had gone up to her and motioned towards us. She said “they lll just have to wait”. We waited a few more minutes. She was very hostile towards us when we said we had called. She accused us of not listening to when she said and that she had absolutely no rooms available yet. She was very ignorant and we ended up leaving and not even checking in. We just found a different hotel.

Nice guy

The place is pretty rough. Everything really. The shower literally falling apart with water dribbling out.
