The shower was with some mold. Also so many mosquitoes.

The restaurant staff and the manager were very friendly and always tried their best to make us feel comfortable during dinner and breakfast. The service was warm, attentive, and made our stay more pleasant.

We had to call three times to get our rooms cleaned. The worst experience was the swimming pool. On the first day, as soon as we entered the pool, we felt some itching. I asked the pool attendant, and he said the pH level was balanced. However, after coming out of the pool, we noticed small skin burns on both children and adults in sensitive areas, so we made a complaint. On the second day, they informed us that everything was fixed, so we went again, but it was the same. My kids ended up with wounds, and we had to get medicine for them. Still, they are suffering from the skin irritation caused by the pool.

Het tweepersoonsbed was erg ruim, de badkamer was mooi en de douche was erg prettig. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en meedenkend.
