"Over-star and overpriced"

The lobby with its refreshing fragrance,and the bath items.

Lack of customer curtsey at the reception, the room was not the same as shared on the reservation and view was partially hidden behind another building along with dirty windows, no snacks as shown in the reservation photo, and finally it was noisy during the weekend. The parking on the roof top with elevator for me with a toddler and stroller was not practical either!
