Appalling treatment. I had stayed at multiple Roomsbooked hotels for over a month. On my recent trip I was accused of damaging a TV. I noticed the aerial was not plugged in so used the smart feature. I neglected to say this on checkout as it slipped my mind and was left with an email asking for £400 for a replacement TV. Disgusting treatment given I’d spent thousands in stays due to work.
