The location was convenient for my needs. The room was adequate.

The long driveway was very dark at night. Needs more motion sense lights closer to the start of the driveway. The heat was slow to build up. Someone was smoking inside the building. Only saw staff when checking in.

I didn’t get room or service The telephone number is given is wrong number I trying to reach the number given on welcome letter but not possible And I drive the hotel at 1am no body was there and different number attached to door I call that number at list 20 times but no answer, finally I spent my time in a street Can you please refund my money Thank you!

Nice and coasy room

Terrible. Toilet leaking when I arrived. Apparently someone they knew was on their way to fix it. Never arrived. I had to do a temporary fix myself and pack towels around it. The host wanted to charge for car parking. Not stated on any ad! What furniture there was in the room was all broken. No mirror anywhere. Had to clean the shower cubical and fix the shower head before use. Mould and pubic hair around the tray. TV was a h&s hazard. I so wished I'd arrived to London earlier to give me time to find alternative accommodation. Lesson learned. Bed was fairly comfy. If it wasn't I'd have slept in the car.

Freezing cold but typical otherwise in my experience of hotels in London and Luton
