Der Check-In war unkompliziert. Unseren Schlüssel haben wir über einen Schlüsselsafe erhalten. Dadurch waren wir flexibel mit der Anreise. Unser Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde prompt erfüllt. Die Sauberkeit von Zimmer und Hotel war absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war abwechselungsreich und liebevoll angerichtet. Frau Heinz hat sich nett um uns gekümmert, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Check-Out. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Plauen würden wir wieder gerne im Hotel Heinz übernachten.
