restaurant overpriced, food was average & service very slow. Paid parking?! :( TV didnt work … took 2 calls & 6hrs for service staff to assess. Coffee maker (& coffee) in room was very poor quality

This was our second stay here at the end of our trip. We stayed on a different floor and it was even better than the last. Room was comfortable, clean, shower was excellent, and the staff were exceptional.

"Excellent location and service"

Staff were exceptional. The location was great, heated underground parking in the winter time is awesome, rooms were clean and comfortable.

The heater made a loud noise when it would turn off and on (but it worked great and didn't interrupt my sleep).
