Location great, central to the main village.

Bathroom to the bedroom #1 was detached, not enough privacy.

I loved the fantastic location and the warm welcoming environment

I liked the room, the manager/owner who was in the property each day, his personality and his willing nature to address any issue. Would have liked a restaurant in the property but it was too small to have a restaurant. The town has one or two decent restaurants and there are towns nearby which also have restaurants.

Not enough restaurants in the town. One has to drive a few miles to seek such.

Good location in a beautiful town

Fabulous set up, spacious rooms, beautiful views & very gracious & accommodating host.

The home is bellisimo (!) and the setting of Tocco, and the view we had of the village, valley, and mountains from our room were also incredible! Homemade olive oil and locally made bread for breakfast, plus great recommendations for sourcing local food and wine rounded out our first small-town experience in Italy :).

Unable to lock and unlock the doors, spent over 10 minutes to figure it out ....and still not able to do it again ,remained in ,room till next morning for owner to come did make him aware , and told him to change the lock as it was a fire and safety issue . Also no elevaters and was on 3rd floor , alot of steep stairs ,that i was not made aware that were there....

Breakfast offer is very good, location of B&B is in the heart of the village so you can walk within a minute or two to bars, restaurants, grocery and bakery. Perfect
