Great location to the gondola and town

The heating in our room didn’t turn on, it was freezing. When asking the front desk to turn it on, they stated that the heating was running at maximum. Not ideal in a winter ski resort. Mini fridge didn’t work. Shower changed temperature from freezing cold to scalding hot constantly.

It was really cosy, clean and it felt like home! Danny was always so welcoming and helpful! This is our second time staying with him and it won’t be our last!

Staff was very helpful, room was big, very nice cod for our baby, breakfast was really nice and location was excellent. Outside the train and metro station and a 20 minute walk from center.

Location is great. Few minutes from ski lift

Bed wasn’t so comfortable

A great hotel for those on a budget. A clean room, OK bathroom, a good sized pool with very nice lighting. The breakfast was OK - but for this price I'd say it was great! And definitely try the Mexican restaurant - the food is mouthwatering! And the cocktails are super fun, different and tasty. Keep in mind that the sauna is paid additionally and you have to tell them in advance to heat it up for you. It gets ready in about 20-30 minutes so it's not a long wait, just something to know in advance.

Great facilities , friendly owner and great value for money. The hotel owner arranged a taxi for us that was waiting at the airport at half 11 to get us to the hotel at just before 2am. He gave us info to be able to arrive at that time safely and to our room , and continued to be friendly thought. The included breakfast was great and we ate at the very well priced and tasty Mexican style restaurant 2 nights. the gondola and other bars and restaurant are all a 5 min or so walk. The pool was a great way to relax muscles too.. Would defo go again

Big apartments, excellent breakfast served in time at 7:30 so you can get early to Gondola lift. Good pool, with jacuzzi. Friendly personal.
