It was a very good experience, the staff was very nice. The place was quite and very clean.

Room was very dirty and stinky. Chair is really bad. Sofa is also really dirty. Much more

There were not enough clean towels, pillow cases not on pillows, key cards didn’t work, hallway rugs dirty, bathroom has mold

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room could do with deep cleaning. The sofa or chairs a bit tacky.

Was told I couldn’t check into the room I had already paid for at 1 am with my very visibly, tired, pregnant friend. Was never told I had to be 21+ to book said room but employee ignored me and loudly stated to another coworker that I was under 18 after we had already established I was 18. Rude behavior won’t be booking with them again.

The first room was terrible. Paint was peeling off. Wire hanging out. Cob webs, room smelled. Inch of dust on carpet. Dried up puked on the carpet. I requested room change which they gave me but not much difference. I asked for clean bed sheet and I was told fully booked and do not have extra but then gave me couple I paid for two night but after one night I left

When you go on Google it shows a swimming pool, There is no swimming pool. There is no gym. Housekeeping left an old cookie carton in my room when I got there

Please do yourself a favor and save the trouble and money . This place needs serious renovations. Carpets in the room are sticky. The place is super dirty . Smelly rooms. Coffee maker is in bathroom near toilet seat. Stained towels. They are rude and could not give us an extra hour as a late checkout. They just walk in at 9 am without knocking. No do not disturb signs for doors. Horrible experience.
