Great staff, great accommodations

No elevator

The only thing I liked was a lower price

It was dark. It looked very old and shoddy in general. The hallways were plain and spartan. The common areas were places I would not sit down in. The rooms had linoleum floors and old worn furniture with some significant stains. The window has only sheer curtains. The place was clean, but it looked so old I felt uncomfortable and uneasy. I just went to sleep because I was very tired. When I woke up a few hours later, I did the least I could so I could get out of there. The location was also sketchy and I was concerned something might happen to my vehicle. I did not unpack more than needed and left as soon as possible. Would never stay there again.

Pool

Beds, and breakfast

Breakfast was very limited. The pool area is not like the photo. The water was cold and cloudy. The pool area looks run down. There was mold in the bathroom.

No hot water and very low water pressure

Otel konumu güzeldi. High Point fuar alanına yakındı.

Odada böcekler vardı. Resepsiyona bilgi verdik ertesi gün gerekli temizliğin yapıldığını önlemlerin alındığını söylediler. Maalesef odada yine böceklerle karşılaştık. Sonra odayı değiştirdiler fakat bu konuyla ilgili müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı ücret iadesi gibi bir işlem yapmadılar.
