Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji.

Apartament był w porządku, jednak niestety nie był do końca czysty – było dość dużo kurzu. Miejsce parkingowe okazało się bardzo wąskie, przez co trudno było otworzyć drzwi samochodu. Jako szczupła osoba ledwo mogłem wysiąść, więc w przypadku osoby starszej lub mniej sprawnej mogłoby to być jeszcze większym problemem.

"W sumie za tę cenę OK."

Blisko ścisłego centrum miasta.

Trudno znaleźć właściwą bramę do wjazdu na podziemny parking (kilka bram w niewielkiej odległości od siebie, niewidoczne na pierwszy rzut oka oznaczenie wjazdu dla konkretnego apartamentu, w wielkim podziemnym parkingu brak oznakowania dojazdu do konkretnych numerowanych miejsc parkingowych). Apartament ogólnie OK, jednak szczegóły takie jak totalnie zakamieniona wylewka w kranie kuchennym, wyrwane ze ściany gniazdko, czy połamane (i pozostawione w szafie) elementy stelaża z łóżka, problem z otwarciem bramy garażowej (cztery nieopisane przyciski na pilocie i do tego czasem nie działał żaden - wjechałem za kimś innym) obniżają ogólne dobre wrażenie.

Przestronne pomieszczenia

Brudna wykładzina, na zdjęciach były różne apartamenty i nie wiadomo było, który dostaniemy, miał być widok na rzekę a był na bloki
