Warm indoor pool, hot hot indoor hot tub, deck with ocean view, easy ocean access. Tiki hut sells good food. pet rooms $35. a night with back door access to dog walking area

HARD TO FIND ANYTHING TO DISLIKE.

Location was great since I mainly came for Kitty Hawk. Thanks also to the desk clerk who referred me to a place to get my oil changed, too.

Family time and closer to the beach.

1. Back door is damaged, not really secure and it requires needed repairs. 2. Blood on the pillow. 3. Swimming pool is way too cold. 4. Too many flies inside the room. 5 Backyard needs cleaning. 6. Hotel price was a bit high plus extra charges. 7. Room floor has some stains and the AC unit external was had a leak. This was causing a major issue on the floor next to it. 8. Breakfast on the purchase page said included but then it’s not. A lot of people including my entire family have complained about it. 9. The payment page where it said “to pay later” doesn’t work, because the intention was to pay directly to the hotel to secure the room especially the payment. That was a staged solid and plain lie. 10. The fridge was not all the way in and it was getting helit by the door when opened. 11. The toilet tank requires servicing because the lever where you flash the water required tightening but when tighten, the level is unable to retract or go back to where it should be on the top. This causes the water to keep running. 12. My time was short and I did not took the time to investigate since my reason for being was for something else “for other purpose.”

The mattress was not great, the bathroom was dated, but the worst part was the breakfast. I paid and tipped 20 percent before seeing the" so called" buffet, which cost me $28.32. This was the worst food that I have ever had at a hotel. The eggs were cold and rubbery, the grits were old and stuck together like glue, the hash browns were cold and there was no ketchup to cover up the taste, the biscuits had sat in the warming tray for so long that they were so hard on the bottom that I could not cut it with my metal knife. There was no service, no one brought any drinks, we had to do everything ourselves and yet we were asked to tip. We will never eat at this restaurant again. Most hotels offer a free continental breakfast. Two nights cost us $688 and no breakfast included. Housekeeping, did not show up to clean the room and I had to call for towels to be delivered.
