Whilst they don't do food, although plenty of options in the immediate locality. Provision of a fridge and microwave is a goog facility.

I didn't appreciate being woken at 2am by a text reminder of the check out time. It was crass and totally unnecessary. Surely maybe an hour before the check out time would more appropriate ! The only negative issue was that the small size of the washbasin meant that the kettle cannot be filled directly from it.

The fridge is encased i a wooden structure, making it impossible to move. Somewhere behind there is a wall socket, which is inaccessible, so it can't be switched of if needed. Jammed against the fridge is a 3-way board. 2 of the leads to the plugs have the overall insulation stripped before the leads enter the plugs. leaving only the live and neutral (no earth) leads to be gripped (if at all) inside the plug. I didn't dare touch any of it.

Took a £100 deposit which apparently is going to take 3-5 working days to come back to me. With banking as it is now, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever why it should take that long……I was not told by staff it would take that long to be returned. Won’t ever use them again.

Filthy floor, bad hygiene, they gave us 2 familyrooms for 2adults and 2 children, 1 familyroom was enough but they charged us an extra room for nothing. Thanks for nothing.

Reception was helpful and it was a last minute booking so it was good to have a place.

Not having good sleep because of noise in the middle of the night which was 3 or 4am. The room not having a lock inside not very safe. The room itself was not very well maintained like curtains were dirty walls were cracked.

Needs new carpets, very uncomfortable mattress
