Huone oli todella siisti ja hienosti sisustettu. Kaikki oli täydellistä. Aamupala oli paras mitä ollaan koskaan syöty. Palvelu loistavaa.

Perfect location for exploring Helsinki with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The room was very spacious and featured a luxurious bathroom. The hotel sauna was excellent, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable and the interior design was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a dedicated gluten-free counter!

On our first night, we had a reservation at the hotel restaurant, Kultá. In the reservation, I had clearly noted that we planned to order à la carte, as we had a long travel day behind us and were simply looking forward to a pleasant, uncomplicated dinner and a glass of wine. Despite this, we felt quite strongly encouraged to order more from the menu and wine list than we intended. I’m sure the waiter meant well, but it became uncomfortable to feel steered in a direction we weren’t interested in. After it became clear we would be keeping dinner relatively simple, the service also felt noticeably less warm. I understand this is an upscale restaurant, but in my view, guests should feel equally welcome whether they spend €75 on an à la carte dinner or €300 on a more elaborate meal.

When a 5 star hotel does not provide restaurant and bar services, it is not more worth than 4 stars. Especially more when the staff says; well that is your problem, your opinion.

Tunnelma, tilat,ääni-ja värimaailma. Sauna huoneessa ei kuiva pieni koppi vaan hyvät löylyt!

The whole atmosphere and design was really nice. The room was good size and the bath was large with two sinks and the bathrobes were really comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Overall everything was good quality.

The only problem was getting a good sleep. The mattress was dipping so a bit uncomfortable. We went in summer so the curtains didn't do a great job of keeping the place dark to sleep well. Also the room was very warm at night even with air con on.

Suurepärane! Hubane hotell, kaunis muusika, sõbralik teenindus, rikkalik ja maitsev hommikusöök. Hotellituba väga maitsekas, vaikne ja suure televiisoriga. Hommikusööki pakutakse kuni kella 13-ni!
