La ubicación

Vamos por partes: 1- El check-in empezaba a las 15h y nos tuvieron esperando más de media hora sin preparar la habitación (según ellos por falta de personal porque era festivo y la gente no quiere trabajar). 2- El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no nos dieron solución. Les pedimos ventilador y nos dijeron que "estaban todos ocupados". 37°C en la calle, 32°C dentro de la habitación (no nos avisaron al entrar a la habitación y ya lo sabían). A todo esto, sábado a las 15h de la tarde que todavía las tiendas están abiertas y pueden ir a comprar uno. (La foto de la temperatura es a las 8 de la mañana). 3- El agua de la ducha no se regulaba, solo salía ardiendo. Nadie en la recepción para dar solución. 4- Las veces que fuimos a quejarnos, o no había nadie o nadie sabía nada y el técnico ya iría el lunes o martes si eso...

Habitación amplia, limpia y cama muy cómoda. El alojamiento está muy cerca del centro, al lado del río Arlanzón. Al ser centro residencial para estudiantes cuenta con espacios agradables para leer y descansar. Nos ha encantado.

Personal muy atento en todo momento, la ubicación inmejorable puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio. Habitaciones grande y muy cómoda, sin duda si volvemos a Burgos repetiremos.

No había gel, champú ni jabón de manos.

La ubicación. Todo correcto sin tirar cohetes. Para una noche de paso, está bien.

"Cómoda estancia en Burgos"

Se encuentra muy cerca del centro y la catedral. La habitación es amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El personal amable.

Fueron muy estrictos con la hora del check-in, llegando 1h antes no pudimos entrar a la habitación.

"Buena ubicación y muy cómodo."

La habitación es muy amplia. La cama de matrimonio era muy grande y muy importante , cómoda.

La limpieza del baño , podía mejorar bastante. No había gel de ducha, no lo sabía.
