Guest House Lovely Swan

Great location. Quiet neighborhood beautiful view on the patio. Check in was difficult. There was no prior communication regarding check in even though I had reached out prior to arrival. We got the attention of another guest who let us in the hallway out of the dark and rain. Once I reached him he said “I don’t work after 7.” However, check in is listed until 11:30pm. We were there around 8:30. Lastly do not your leave valuables in the room!!!!!!

We liked location the most, the room and the host were also very good.

Is Ok!!

The apartment is perfectly located, very close to the city center. It is functional, easy, clean - for our price you cannot expect a 4* hotel. The apartment is actually large. The bathroom is nice, with a large shower.

It is pitch black dark on the ground floor due to the thick curtains. If you open them, everyone can see you. Some in-between curtains would be nice. The fridge is loud in the night.

You pay for the Location.

Minimum to no effort put in the place. Mold on the bathroom sealing.

Very good location to centre and transport options. Very clean and has everything you need for a short term stay. There is room for a washing machine which would be useful. The number to call for checkin in could be easier to find, however once found check in was easy. Overall very good stay.

Nice for a night

Good location and a lot of space. The beach is at 10-15 mins walking distance. There is a free parking spot in 5 mins.

They don’t provide a wardrobe and hangers which could be annoying if you have to do a small laundry after the beach or even put your jackets for the night.

The host was excellent, really receptive, and quick to respond. He gave us a recommendation to leave our luggage at a cafe for a day before our afternoon trip back to Lisbon. The location is excellent, right in the old town. It's a peaceful and quiet street, no noise. The balcony was large with a great view. The mattresses are good, we had a good night's sleep.

There are two twin beds which aren't connected and can't stay together, so not ideal for a couple. The place was slightly smaller than it looked in the pictures.
