I cannot believe how incredibly rude the front desk person was. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room, so my husband went to the front desk to get toilet paper.The front desk clerk questioned him as to why he needed toilet paper and asked us why housekeeping didn't come to our room i needed water to take my meducine and the water pitcher in the lobby was empty . I explained that i needed to takemy medicine but she refused to f refill the water. When i tried. to get the last bit of water from the container, she came over and took it away from me. The hotel is also dirty. My husbands socks turned black on the bottom part.

The front desk employee was shockingly rude. When my husband went to get a roll of toilet paper, she questioned him as to why housekeeping didn't bring it. Earlier when the room was cleaned. I wentdown to the lobby to get water but the pitcher was empty. When i asked for more she said no-its only filled once a day. I asked to buy water and she said it was sold out. I then went back to the pitcher to the last few drops and she came over and took itfrom me. Our rug in the bedroom. Was also dirty. My husbands socks turned black on the bottom.

We informed the manager, feeling uncomfortable and threatened by groups of people wandering around the property, pungent smell of marijuana smoke in the lobby, and in the hallways, my husband was intimidated when he went out to get a cigarette after we finally got into our room, parking lot filled. We had to wait for a half an hour for a spot the front desk attendant helped us and apologized. Blood stains on the floor in our room, the TV only giving us two channels.

Customer service was so bad! They never picked up the phone! They didn’t not clean our room 2 day in a row as it was expected and didn’t even deliver clean towels after we requested unfortunately we had to stay there since it was only hotel available that week but definitely not going back

This stay was a little rough, but hoping some honest feedback helps. 3-night stay during move-in week. Room was expensive. Not one staff member smiled from check in to check out. Not one but two separate staff ladies chased me out of the breakfast room because I wouldn’t share my room number. Piles of dirty linens in hall on top of filthy carpet. Hair all over bathroom floor, and a/c didn’t work. Bed was pretty comfy to be fair. Hate to write this but trying to be honest.

Good staff, room was ok clean, beds are ok

Outside the room hotel is dirty, to much used, pool is small, you can not eat or drink after breakfast anything

Beds were very comfy, towels were soft

Nothing

It smelled bad, the shower curtains had mold

This whole property has smoking smell. Muggy, stinky and unclean property.

Clean rooms, rugs need updating
