The location and access

Outdated; lots of dogs 🐕; room didn’t have any air; mention to staff three different times; stated they would check it out and never did anything; bed was HARD as a board; didn’t sleep well; woke up daily with tremendous Pain

I didn’t like that a restaurant was advertised but was no longer available

The room was very clean and comfortable

Indoor pool and lots of surrounding restaurants and stores

Didn’t have breakfast and the location was great it was right off the highway

I booked and paid extra for a smoking room with a pool view but apparently they don’t exist and the guy at the front desk said he didn’t know why that was on the website after I showed him a pic of my booking so he moved us to a non-smoking room near the door to go outside so we wouldn’t have to walk far but wouldn’t refund the difference between a smoking room and a nonsmoking room which was like $40 and it was cold and raining all night. We came for my neices birthday party and the pool area was so cold we had to sit with our coats on all night and it was too cold to even go swimming because you would’ve froze getting out of the pool to go back to your room after we asked them to turn the heat on it was still freezing to the point the windows were frosted up

Mold in the bathroom. Sink very slow drainage. Friendly staff. Close to everything.

My stay at the Garden Inn was amazing. The staff are wonderful and are there for you 24/7. Nick is a gentleman who works the front desk. I seen him cleaning rooms and vacuuming the halls. He is helpful, caring, understanding and great at his job (s). The Garden Inn is clean, wonderful staff, an indoor pool, and provide anything you could possibly need while being here. Fresh towels daily, and they are so big they could wrap around you 2 times. They sell snacks and frozen foods for your convenience. All in all I would say that The Garden Inn is the best place I’ve ever stayed at. There’s a year round camp ground as well. The rates are fair too All of the staff are great but one stands out for his kindness and being friendly. His name is Nick. Thank you Nick for everything you do.
