The Garden Inn

We started out in the wrong room for one room.After everything was unpacked and carried up the stairs,we had to move. Given a key for one room and there was luggage in it, then with the the new room key ,the room reeked of weed and weed was found on the floor of the room. We did not feel safe enough to spend the night and we all left the facility.

Bathrooms could be cleaner and need hot tub in pool room need more blankets on bed

My first room had a flea infestation, room #2 had kights and bathroom vent fans that did not work and the third was ended by the fire department crashing through our door in what ended up being a false alarm. Then we were subsequently accuser of triggering the smoke alarm even though we were cleared of any wrongdoing.

There is no breakfast.

We got in super late at night due to weather related travel issues. When we arrived the lobby smelled of marajuana, and the desk clerk laughed it off and said others have said that but she doesn’t notice it. When we got to our room it was horrible!! It smelled of mold and marajuana and stale cigarettes. We arrived so late we felt there was no other option but to stay, but it was horrible. Key cards didn’t work properly, people were outside stating the keys probably weren’t working because they didn’t pay their rent!!!! I felt very uneasy and unsafe. The room looked and smelled like it was straight out of a horror film! The hotel stated that the smell likely is from being right by the pool. No!!!! That hotel is gross and should not be renting rooms!!!!

I feel comfortable at this hotel everyone I Stay

No outdoor pool and sometimes hard to get clean towels

Ok for the price. Great Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel.
