Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

Good location and could walk through connecting paths without going outside to find food or entertainment.

At 5am I had two men open my hotel room door. Thankfully I had the latch on so they weren’t able to fully enter my room. I informed hotel management and they looked into it but claim there is no findings of entry making me feel like a liar. My children were in the room with me, it was all very unsettling.

Clean and well-appointed room. Great for an overnight stay in NF. Hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and just across the street from the casino, just down a short way from the OLG concert venue. We reserved a king bed with jetted tub. It was a city view room with a large window facing south (not fallsview). We were tucked in a corner which was nice and quiet, with barely any noise from the hallway. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The tub easily fits two people, but the shower might be a little tight if you're a larger person. The shower and toilet are in a small separate room with a door. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly.

Everything I like except the parking charges which is too expensive and should have been included

The room was cleaned , good location and staff was friendly. Overall I was a happy costumer . 😊

The television did not work from 4pm until 9 that’s when maintenance came to fix it

The tub was large enough for 2 people so that was nice.

The bed was horrible, we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed because it was so slanted. The whole time we were there, it smelt like damp chlorine. The tub bubble/jet produced gross white creamy bubbles which was super disturbing. Also, we are not tourists but they would not remove the tourist tax of 11% from our room which was very unsatisfactory.
